Cutchogue New Suffolk Free Library

Cutchogue New Suffolk Free Library

The Cutchogue New Suffolk Free Library branding reflects the bright and cheerful atmosphere, with the color palette taking inspiration from the landscape surrounding the North Fork. The original fonts and logos were used in this identity redesign, but a graphic arch was incorporated in order to pay homage to the Library's historic architecture. The colorful elements and fonts allow patrons to recognize which programs correlate to their desired age group.

Resource + Program Promotion

Library resources and programs are promoted through posters and flyers, along with emails to community subscribers. This rebrand unites the physical with the digital by using a consistent color palette and graphic arching imagery across both media. I prioritized legibility and consistency with this rebrand, and incorporated QR codes on teen flyers as they were most likely to register through scanning.

This brand refresh proved to be successful— The library email open rate increased to 56.6%, a 45% growth from previous years.
